Simplified EB5 Process Timeline

Although the EB-5 Investor Visa process can seem quite complex, this timeline provides a linear, simplified depiction of the entire immigration process. Here the EB-5 process is described chronologically, from the initial point at which the investment funds are transferred, to the filing of the Form I-526 with US Citizenship and Immigration Services, to the filing of Form I-829, which serves as proof of the investment and job creation, and to the final approval of the EB-5 Visa and the eventual return of the investment principal.
