Ms. Link focuses her practice on business and family visa petitions. In particular, she handles O-Visas and EB-1 residency petitions for aliens of extraordinary ability and EB-5 residency petitions which are for foreign investors seeking to do business in the U.S. Ms. Link also prepares all non-immigrant work-related visas, such as E's, L's and H's, as well as family-based residency petitions. She has represented numerous clients in asylum, deportation, exclusion, and removal proceedings, as well as in their naturalization and adjustment of status interviews. Professional Highlights
